REFUND POLICY

In accordance with EU and Romanian regulations on distance selling (Government Ordinance no. 34/2014), customers have the right to return purchased items within 15 calendar days from the date of receiving the order, without providing any reason and without penalties.

Condition of Products

All items sold on VintageDeco.art are vintage or second-hand pieces, carefully curated. The condition of each item is clearly described in its individual product page, along with photos that accurately reflect any signs of wear or age.

By placing an order, the customer acknowledges and accepts that these products may have visible signs of use, patina, or minor imperfections, which are normal for vintage items and part of their charm and authenticity.

Return Conditions:

  • Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were delivered, including any original accessories or packaging.

  • Returns will not be accepted for items that have been damaged after receipt.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, as per article 14 paragraph (2) of Government Ordinance 34/2014.

  • Refunds will be processed within 14 calendar days from the date we receive your return request, but not before the returned item is received by us or proof of shipment is provided.

How to return an item:

  1. Email us at info@vintagedeco.art with the subject line “Return Request”, including the following:

    • Your full name;

    • Order number;

    • The item(s) you wish to return;

    • (Optional) Reason for the return – your feedback helps us improve.

  2. You will receive instructions and the return shipping address.

  3. Ship the item via courier without cash on delivery, to the address we provide.

Exceptions:

Returns will not be accepted in the following situations:

  • Items have been damaged after delivery;

  • Items were customized or made to order;

  • Items are returned incomplete or without original packaging, where such packaging was part of the product’s value or presentation.
